These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.winzonesoftech.com and any services provided by Winzone Softech, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, India. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Winzone Softech provides AI development, website design and development, mobile apps, custom software, cloud ERP, SaaS and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.

2. Quotes & Payments

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Projects typically follow a milestone-based payment schedule. Work begins after the agreed advance is received. Late payments may delay delivery.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, content, approvals and feedback within reasonable timeframes. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to the client, except for third-party components, open-source libraries and Winzone Softech's pre-existing tools and frameworks, which remain under their respective licences.

5. Revisions & Support

The number of revisions and the post-launch support period are defined in each proposal. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

6. Warranties & Liability

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winzone Softech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as set out in the project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu.
